Ask an Elder
One Good Conversation Can Go a Long Way
Sometimes you don’t need a whole therapy process—you just need a wise, steady voice when the road forks.
Ask an Elder is a one-time session for when life throws a hard question your way. Whether you're wrestling with a decision, sitting in heartbreak, or trying to find your next step, this is a place to slow down and talk it through.
You’ll meet with someone who’s walked a few miles ahead, who brings depth, clinical training, and the kind of perspective that doesn’t come from textbooks.
How It Works (and What It's For)
A place to pause and ask something real.
There are moments in life that don’t call for therapy—but do call for a real conversation with a trustworthy other. A turning point. A hard decision. A stuck place you can’t think your way through. That’s what Ask an Elder is for.
It’s one session. One hour to 90 minutes. One honest exchange with someone who’s lived a little, thought a lot, and knows how to meet you with both clarity and care.
This offering is grounded in two decades of clinical experience and shaped by wisdom traditions that respect life’s bigger questions. It’s not prescriptive, and it’s not about fixing. It’s about perspective, presence, and sorting through what matters—together.
