Depth Psychotherapy

This isn’t quick-fix therapy.
It’s deep work for people ready to understand themselves in a fuller, more honest way. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and Jungian traditions, shaped by over 20 years of clinical experience, and grounded in real human connection. We won’t just manage symptoms—we’ll explore the stories, patterns, and longings beneath them. This is work that honors the whole of you: your history, your psyche, your contradictions, and your becoming.

Ways We Can Work Together

A Different Kind of Therapy

This isn’t passive therapy. I don’t just nod and wait for you to figure it out. I listen closely, offer feedback, and bring real questions that help you see more clearly. You’ll get insight, reflection, and perspective—not judgment, not quick fixes.

With over 20 years of experience in depth psychology, narrative therapy, and Jungian approaches, I know how to sit with complexity. I’ve also spent decades studying wisdom traditions, which means I’m not afraid of big questions or long arcs.

I work at a steady pace. I help you notice patterns, track shifts, and connect what’s happening now to what’s happened before. My job isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you know yourself more fully, so your next steps come from a place of clarity and truth.

What is different about this work?

This isn’t surface-level symptom fixing. It’s depth work: steady, honest, rooted in story, emotion, memory, and meaning. We’ll look at what’s beneath the pattern—not just the behavior, but the why behind it—and we’ll work toward real integration and deep healing, not just relief.

Say Hello. Let’s Start from Here.

If something here speaks to you, go ahead and reach out. Whether you’re looking for support, insight, guidance, or a place to land during a life transition, I’d love to hear from you.

All of my work starts the same way: a real conversation. Let me know what’s bringing you here, and we’ll figure out the right next step—together.
