Depth Psychotherapy
This isn’t quick-fix therapy.
It’s deep work for people ready to understand themselves in a fuller, more honest way. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and Jungian traditions, shaped by over 20 years of clinical experience, and grounded in real human connection. We won’t just manage symptoms—we’ll explore the stories, patterns, and longings beneath them. This is work that honors the whole of you: your history, your psyche, your contradictions, and your becoming.
Ways We Can Work Together
Individual Therapy for Adults
For those navigating life thresholds—midlife unravelings, identity shifts, spiritual ache, or quiet grief that won’t go away. This isn’t symptom-chasing; it’s deep listening to what your psyche is asking of you. We go beneath the surface to find the real questions—and, sometimes, the real self.
Couples Therapy
Whether you're in a rupture, rebuilding trust, or simply feeling miles apart, this is a space to slow down, speak truth, and reorient. I help couples untangle old patterns, reconnect with their values, and move toward honesty and possibility—even if that means deciding to part with care.
Sex/Intimacy Therapy
Sex is never just physical. I work with individuals and couples facing disconnection, shame, desire differences, and trauma legacies—guiding clients toward more embodied, truthful, and life-affirming intimacy. This is soulful, respectful, non-performative work.
Family Therapy
Sometimes one person’s growth stirs the whole system. I offer family therapy that helps make meaning across generations, shift rigid roles, and tend to what’s unspoken. Particularly useful during transitions like launch, estrangement repair, or loss.
A Different Kind of Therapy
This isn’t passive therapy. I don’t just nod and wait for you to figure it out. I listen closely, offer feedback, and bring real questions that help you see more clearly. You’ll get insight, reflection, and perspective—not judgment, not quick fixes.
With over 20 years of experience in depth psychology, narrative therapy, and Jungian approaches, I know how to sit with complexity. I’ve also spent decades studying wisdom traditions, which means I’m not afraid of big questions or long arcs.
I work at a steady pace. I help you notice patterns, track shifts, and connect what’s happening now to what’s happened before. My job isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you know yourself more fully, so your next steps come from a place of clarity and truth.
