Individual Intensive
When You Need More Clarity - Not More Time
You’ve read the books.
You’ve reflected.
You’ve tried to change.
You may have even gone to therapy.
And yet the same patterns keep resurfacing.
The Individual Intensive is a structured psychological consultation designed to identify the architecture of your patterns quickly and precisely — so you can move forward with clarity and direction.
Grounded in over 20 years of psychodynamic clinical practice and tens of thousands of clinical hours, this process is built for depth, efficiency, and behavioral change. While this service is offered as a consultation rather than psychotherapy, it is deeply informed by decades of pattern recognition and developmental insight.
The Structure
The Individual Intensive includes:
• A 30-minute consultation to determine fit
• A customized psychological questionnaire
• Three 90-minute structured interviews (recommended),
or two extended sessions, or a full-day intensive format
• One 90-minute feedback session
• A detailed written "Map of Your Psyche"
This format is intentionally designed for insight, integration, and action.
What We Identify
During this process, we clarify:
• Core wounds and their developmental origins
• The defenses you rely on — and what they are protecting
• Recurring relational patterns across work, family, and intimacy
• Repetition cycles and how to interrupt them
• How you derive self-worth — and where it may need diversification
• Your persona (how you present), your shadow (what remains disowned), and what authentic alignment looks like
• Strengths, competencies, and growth areas
• Clear, behaviorally defined next steps
Many clients describe the experience as finally being able to follow the thread from early life to present behavior — and understanding precisely what needs to change.
What You Receive
During your 90-minute feedback session, you are presented with your written "Map of Your Psyche" — a structured psychological blueprint designed for clarity and action.
At the center of this map is "The Thread" a cohesive narrative that connects your early experiences, formative wounds, and defensive adaptations to your present patterns — and to the future you are either unconsciously repeating or intentionally building. The Thread makes your history make sense, and your next steps logical.
Sections of the Map include:
-
Overview Summary - A synthesis of your core psychological themes and primary growth focus.
-
Core Wounds - Formative developmental injuries that continue to shape perception, emotion, and behavior.
-
Defense Structure - The strategies you rely on to protect yourself — how they formed, how they function, and where they limit you.
-
Repetition Patterns - Recurring cycles in relationships, work, and decision-making — and how to interrupt them.
-
Relational Themes - What consistently goes right — and wrong — in your connections with others.
-
Persona, Shadow, and Authentic Self - How you present to the world, what remains disowned, and what alignment looks like.
-
Strengths and Competencies - Core capacities that support resilience and growth.
-
Growth Edges and Developmental Tasks - Where maturation and expansion are needed.
-
Behavioral Action Plan - Concrete, behaviorally defined steps to support real and sustainable change.
How The Intensive Differs From Therapy
Weekly therapy often unfolds gradually.
The Individual Intensive is designed for concentrated insight. Through structured assessment and focused interviews, we identify the architecture of your psychological patterns efficiently and directly.
You are investing in depth, precision, and a clear roadmap.
Who The Intensive Is For
This intensive is well-suited for individuals who are:
• Insight-oriented and growth-minded
• Ready for meaningful change
• Able to tolerate direct feedback
• Emotionally stable and grounded
• At a significant life, career, or relational crossroads
• Seeking clarity rather than ongoing support
Who The Intensive Is Not For
This format is not appropriate for individuals experiencing acute psychological crisis or significant destabilization.
It is also not designed for those seeking slow, open-ended exploratory therapy.
Why Now?
Time is the one resource that cannot be replenished.
Unexamined patterns quietly shape relationships, decisions, and outcomes. Waiting often means repeating.
This process is designed to interrupt repetition and support greater alignment between your values, behavior, and goals.

Short Term Guidance, Long Term Clarity
A Different Way Forward
Most people spend years circling the same patterns.
They wait. They reflect. They hope insight alone will shift things.
But patterns that are not clearly understood continue to organize your life — your relationships, your career decisions, your self-worth, your future.
The Individual Intensive is designed for people who are ready to stop circling and start seeing. This is not surface work. It is a structured, concentrated examination of the architecture of your psyche — the wounds, defenses, strengths, and repetitions that quietly shape your outcomes.
Clarity changes behavior.
Precision accelerates growth.
Time does not replenish itself.
If you are ready to understand yourself at a depth that makes change both logical and actionable, begin with a complimentary consultation. If this is the right fit, we move forward with structure, honesty, and purpose.
