Humans, Do You Copy?

We are living in the midst of a global mental health crisis. Rates of anxiety, depression, loneliness, and burnout are at all-time highs. Yet, as our collective suffering grows, so does the flood of empty noise online—clickbait articles, shallow “self-care” tips, and algorithm-driven content that keeps us scrolling but leaves us feeling hollow.

It’s time for something different.

Something real.

Something human.

That’s why we’re launching two exciting new community ventures: The Unspoken Project and Humans, Do You Copy?

The Unspoken Project: Mental Health. Felt, Not Just Heard.

Some experiences can’t be captured in a paragraph or a post. Some stories live in the body, in movement, in breath.

The Unspoken Project is a mental health performance art troupe that brings these experiences to life. Through original performances, interactive workshops, and community collaborations, we use the language of art to evoke what words often fail to express.

Whether it’s the suffocating fog of depression, the disorienting spiral of a panic attack, or the quiet courage of healing, The Unspoken Project makes space for shared, embodied understanding.

This is not therapy.

It’s not another lecture.

It’s human-to-human connection, through art, in real time.

Humans, Do You Copy? A Newspapery Zine for Humans by Humans

In a world where attention spans are fractured and social media feeds blur into endless noise, Humans, Do You Copy? offers a slower, more intentional alternative.

This grassroots newspapery zine explores mental health, culture, and human connection through essays, art, personal stories, and community voices. It’s designed to be held, read, and reflected upon—not mindlessly scrolled past.

We believe that meaningful change doesn’t happen through viral trends or corporate campaigns. It happens through real conversations, shared experiences, and creative expressions of what it means to be human in these strange and overwhelming times.

Not Just Another Mental Health “Brand”

Both The Unspoken Project and Humans, Do You Copy? were born from a deep frustration with the way mental health is often commodified and oversimplified.

These initiatives are not about building a brand. They are about building community. They are tools for outreach, advocacy, and real-world support.

We’re not here to add more noise to your feed. We’re here to create spaces—physical and analog—where people can slow down, connect, and engage with mental health in novel, meaningful ways.

The Bottom Line: Novel Mediums for Urgent Times

The mental health crisis we face demands creative, embodied, and community-driven responses. It demands that we rethink how we communicate, how we connect, and how we support one another.

The Unspoken Project and Humans, Do You Copy? are two such responses. They are invitations—to feel, to reflect, to engage, and to remember that you are not alone.

This isn’t content for content’s sake. It's not performative wellness. It's real people, making real connections, through art, story, and shared humanity.

If we want to heal as individuals and as a culture, we need more than noise. We need meaningful spaces. We need projects that foster understanding—not algorithms.

That’s the mission.

That’s the heart of this work.

And we hope you’ll join us.
